When you look at Mighty Auto parts stores, you probably wouldn’t expect to find a lot of people in bright orange uniforms wearing red gloves.
The stores, which have been operating in the Dallas area for more than 30 years, sell auto parts for both the dealership and auto parts store industry.
But that’s exactly what they do.
Mighty Auto Parts is the oldest dealership in the region, according to the company.
The company opened its first store in Dallas in 1974 and has grown into one of the largest auto parts suppliers in the country.
But it’s a different story when you think about the people who run Mighty AutoParts.
Here’s a look at some of the people that have worked here over the years.1.
Michael SchulenbergMike Schulberg started as a salesman at MightyAutoParts.
He still works there today.
“We’re a family owned business, and we’re all brothers,” he told us.
The Schulzes are a small, tight-knit family of four, but Mike and his wife Amy have had the best years of their lives.
They bought MightyAuto Parts in 2007 and opened the store in 2008.
They have two sons, James and Dylan, and a daughter, Ashley.2.
Pauline CrespoPauline Cresco is the company’s CEO.
She started in the store at the age of 13, and over the course of her career she’s been a part of the business from the very beginning.
Pauline, who also works as a waitress at the restaurant, said she’s a big fan of the store and has worked here since the beginning.
“It’s really fun and rewarding to work in the shop and see the kids and the family come together,” she said.
Paul is also a lifelong Dallas resident, and has lived in the area for most of her life.
She works at Mighty, and is the daughter of a retired store owner.
Paul, who lives in Texas, said the store has helped her understand the struggles of people who live in Dallas.
“It’s been really rewarding to see so many people out here in Dallas who really want to do something good for the community,” she told us in a phone interview.3.
David DeRosaDavid DeRoso is the president and CEO of MightyAuto.

David said he’s been able to see how the community is impacted by his time at the store.
“Mighty has helped me get to where I am today,” he explained.
David grew up working in the retail industry, so he has some perspective on what people are experiencing right now.
“You have to keep your eyes on the prize and not the prize itself,” he added.
David’s also a member of the Dallas City Council, and was a delegate for Dallas at the 2016 presidential election.4.
Matt JohnsonMatt Johnson, who started working at Mighty in 2015, said he first started working there as a store manager at the same time he started his business.
“My first year I started working as a manager and got to know all the guys,” he recalled.
He says he’s had a great time at Mighty.
“We have a great atmosphere, great people,” he stated.
Matt is also an avid golfer and enjoys playing golf on his weekends.
“As a store owner I enjoy being involved with local events,” he noted.

Jim DavisJim Davis is a former store manager for Mighty.
Davis said he grew up around the store as a customer.
“When I was a kid, we used to go out to the mall, so I grew up here,” Davis said.
“And I’ve had a really good time, because I get to know people and I’ve got great company.”
Davis, who has worked as a driver for the Mighty store, has also worked for the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Association of Business.6.
Karen DavisKaren Davis is the co-founder of Mighty, which she founded in 1997.
She said she started her career in the grocery business when she was a young girl and has spent the last 20 years working for Mighty, starting in 2004.

“If you look around the office, I can see a lot more people than I’ve ever seen here.”
I love being here, and it has really made me a better business person,” she concluded.
Karen is a native of Texas, and moved to Dallas when she turned 21.
She’s also the mother of three young boys, ages 12, 11 and 10
